One of the grand items to get in the popular game Farmville is the Villa. It will require you to amass thousands of XP points to get you to level 34 and over 1,000,000 in Farmville gold coins before you can place one of these on your farm. To reach this grand goal you will need to spend many monotonous hours harvesting crop after crop or you can utilize some of the tips in this article to speed you on your way.
Tip 1 is to trap your farmer. In the game every time you click a square to take an action the Farmer follows along the path until he reaches the square and pretends to work. This is cute for the first couple of tasks, but really slows the game down as you continue to level up. Instead, place hay barrels around your farmer when you first start your session and he will be trapped. Now instead of walking around and slowing the game down the work will happen instantly as your farmer is trapped behind the hay barrels.
Tip 2 is to utilize greasemonkey scripts to automate processes. Greasemonkey is a Firefox add-in that enables 3rd party developers to write scripts that interact with web pages. One of the most popular ones for Farmville is the mass accept script. In Farmville your friends can send you gifts which is great, but you have to click them one at a time and wait for the web page to load in between. If you have 10 or more gifts this can be extremely time consuming. Instead you can download a mass accept script to do it all at once. This will enable you to quickly get gifts from your friends giving you lots of fun items and coins if you decide to sell.
Tip 3 is to use grid clicker. As your farm gets larger it becomes increasingly time consuming to harvest and plow your fields. Grid clicker is an application that overlays on top of your screen. You adjust the grid and then click go. It automatically clicks all of your squares to harvest, plant and plow your fields.
Advanced users with lots of coins can also use it to quickly gain XP. If you have lots of money and want more XP you can plow your plants without waiting to harvest. XP is given with the seeds are planted not harvested. This allows you to plant, get XP, plow and do again for rapid XP. Normally this process is very time consuming because you are asked to accept before moving on, but grid clicker automates the entire process.
